About Us

Wayne County Coalitions is a resource and information hub focusing on preventing underage
substance use. The effort to launch this site began three years ago by a group of committed
Wayne County agencies, organizations and key leaders. You will find materials and resources
for our current campaign, “Talk to Your Kids.” This campaign encourages parents and
caregivers to spend time talking to their kids – doing so keeps kids healthy, safer and less likely
to drink and engage in other risky behaviors.
